Guaranteed Digital PR placement, with clear rules and a refund backstop

Fleet Street is placement-based Digital PR. That means we don’t sell “effort” or “pitching” - we sell a defined outcome: publication in an outlet tier you’ve paid for, delivered on a predictable timeline.

Core promise

If your content is eligible and approved, we will get you published. If we can’t, we will either rewrite + resubmit, place you in an equivalent outlet, or refund you.

What’s guaranteed

When you purchase an Individual Publication, Bundle, or Monthly Plan placement, you are purchasing publication within the selected tier/value, not a speculative attempt.

If a specific outlet becomes unavailable or declines your piece for reasons outside your control, we guarantee an alternative publication of equal value/tier.

  1. The 5-Day Placement Standard

Publication within 5 business days of client content approval (often faster).

“Client content approval” means:

  • You confirm the final copy (and any required disclaimers)
  • You confirm names, titles, company details, and factual claims
  • You approve the final version for submission

What happens if an article is rejected

Publications may reject submissions for many reasons (editorial policy, topic restrictions, claims, tone, compliance, formatting, etc.). If a rejection happens, Fleet Street follows this escalation path:

Step 1: Rewrite + resubmit (where viable)

If the rejection reason is actionable, we will rewrite the release to meet publication standards and resubmit where possible.

Examples of rewrite triggers:

  • Tone too promotional
  • Unsupported claims
  • Formatting requirements
  • Missing context, clarity, or substantiation

Step 2: Equivalent publication substitution

If resubmission is not viable (or the publication will not accept that topic), we will propose alternative outlets of equal value/tier and place it there.

You’ll receive:

  • A shortlist of equivalent options
  • A recommendation based on fit and acceptance likelihood

Step 3: Refund (if we can’t deliver)

If we cannot achieve publication in an equivalent outlet after reasonable attempts, we will refund the placement.

Refund policy (simple and transparent)

A refund applies when:

  • The content is eligible (see “Restricted Topics”)
  • You have provided accurate information
  • You approved the final content
  • Fleet Street is unable to secure publication in an equivalent outlet/tier

Refunds generally do not apply in cases where:

  • The topic is restricted (below) and was not disclosed upfront
  • The submission contains false or unverifiable claims
  • You request substantial changes after approval that reset the process
  • Delays are caused by missing approvals, missing details, or non-responsiveness

Restricted topics (not eligible for guarantee)

To protect outlet standards and regulated-market credibility, Fleet Street does not accept or guarantee placement for content that falls into restricted categories.

Common restricted categories include (non-exhaustive):

  • Adult themes / explicit sexual content
  • Recreational drugs or drug sales/promotion
  • Health supplements (especially with medical/curative claims)
  • Politics (political campaigning, partisan advocacy)
  • Religion (religious promotion/advocacy as the core theme)
  • Legal cases (active disputes, litigation details, accusations)
  • Direct lending / payday loans and similar high-risk lending
  • Cryptocurrency

If your content touches any of these, we’ll tell you before submission and advise the correct path or refund your payment in full.

Client responsibilities (so the guarantee holds)

To keep delivery fast and outcomes predictable, the guarantee relies on a few client-side standards:

You agree to provide:

  • Accurate company and spokesperson details
  • Verifiable claims (no misleading performance promises)
  • Any required disclaimers for your sector
  • Timely approvals (approval delay = delivery delay)

You agree that:

  • Publications retain editorial discretion
  • We may recommend edits to meet acceptance standards
  • The guarantee applies to tier/value placement, not a promise of a specific outlet in every scenario

Refund eligibility

Refunds apply when all of the following are true:

  • the content is eligible (see Restricted Topics)
  • you provide accurate, non-misleading information
  • you approve the final submission content
  • Fleet Street is unable to deliver publication in an equivalent outlet/tier

Refunds generally do not apply where failure or delay is caused by:

  • restricted or ineligible content categories not disclosed upfront
  • false, misleading, unverifiable, or prohibited claims
  • delayed approvals, missing details, or lack of responsiveness
  • changes requested after approval that materially alter the submission and reset the process
  • events outside reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, publication suspensions)

The Fleet Street Guarantee - In Summary

Guaranteed publication in the tier you purchase — delivered within 5 business days of client content approval (often faster).

If your article is rejected:

  1. We rewrite and resubmit where viable, or
  2. We place you in an alternative publication of equal value, and if we still can’t deliver,
  3. We refund the placement.

Not eligible for guarantee: adult themes, recreational drugs, health supplements (especially with medical claims), politics, religion, legal cases/disputes, direct/payday loans, and certain high-risk financial topics, cryptocurrency.
